Blue Smoke is a higher class BBQ joint in NYC. When an agency moved right across the street they wanted something that was a little less conventional to welcome them into the neighborhood (not to mention, forge catering and corporate order relationships). We took a tongue and cheek approach with a little Southern/NYC attitude.
